By the Ganga, amidst mountains and chants, DD & Shreyashi’s wedding was a divine blend of love and nature—plastic-free, flower-filled, and blessed under the sacred aarti.
Some weddings feel less like an event and more like a spiritual experience. DD & Shreyashi’s wedding in Rishikesh was exactly that—a celebration where nature, rituals, and love came together in the purest way.
Set amidst the mountains and flowing alongside the sacred Ganga, their wedding felt blessed from the very start. The highlight was their Jai Mala during the Ganga Aarti—a moment so powerful that it felt as if the universe itself paused to shower blessings on them. The chants, the river, the fire, and their vows created an atmosphere that was nothing short of divine.
What made their celebration even more meaningful was their conscious choice to keep it close to nature. From avoiding plastic to ensuring sustainability, every detail reflected their respect for the environment and their wish to begin their journey in harmony with the world around them.
Their haldi ceremony carried a unique charm too—celebrated with a beautiful “mela” theme, draped in flowers and vibrant hues, it was playful yet soulful, just like the couple themselves.
For us, capturing DD & Shreyashi’s wedding was a humbling experience. It reminded us that love, at its core, is simple and sacred—and when celebrated with nature, it becomes timeless.
